At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WeChat, Line, etc.
Proven leadership and management capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and analytical mindset.
Proficient in computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
Manage the creation of compelling content, including advertisements, blog posts, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and delivered on time.
Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
Ensure all visual content complies with legal requirements, copyright laws, and industry standards, upholding the company's reputation and legal standing.
Conduct thorough quality checks on all visual materials before publication, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and visual appeal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis and feedback.
