JOB DESCRIPTION  Liaise with Company Secretary on statutory related matters.Assist Executive Directors in handing all matters pertaining to daily operation.Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and traveling.Maintain HR administrative records.Manage overall office administration works.To undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required. KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/HR Management, Secretarial or equivalent.At least 3 years of relevant working experience.Experienced in statutory requirements (such as Companies Act, Company Law) is an added advantage.Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all level, with excellent written and spoken skills of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.Able to provide prompt delivery, meticulous and multi-tasking.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
