Our team has records of executing successful cross-border expansions and leads our portfolio companies to a rewarding regional expansion.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Corporate Advisory Manager who is dynamic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong background in corporate finance and advisory. The ideal candidate should have experience in the origination, structuring, and execution of corporate proposals, including corporate and capital restructuring, fundraising exercises, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of corporate proposals, such as corporate and capital restructuring, fund-raising exercises, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, etcProvide comprehensive corporate advisory to clients, including conducting industry research and valuing businesses and assetsAssist in project management and coordination of engagements, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.Conduct thorough due diligence pre- and post-investment to ensure compliance and risk management.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and associates to secure ongoing business support and growth.Work closely with investees, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules are met and deliverables are of the highest qualityRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.At least 4-5 years of experience working in investment banking, corporate finance, internal or external auditing, and any other related field.Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance and valuation techniques.Excellent analytical skills in market research and detail-oriented in reviewing documents, and verification of information.Experience in implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or system integrated will have added advantagesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsHigh level of initiative, integrity, and attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
