We are representing our client, a financial advisory firm licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia to provide corporate finance and investment advice services to IPO clients.
They offer a wide range of professional services including Corporate Finance, Internal Audit, Investment Advice, Fund Raising, and ESG Sustainability Reporting services.
Our client is currently on the lookout for a capable and experiencedCorporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager.
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

Job Scope
To plan, oversee, execute, and manage various corporate finance assignments such asIPO advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation, merger & acquisition, financial analysis , etc.
To lead and provide guidance to the team members in carrying out fieldwork and report drafting.
To finalize reports and present to clients where necessary.
To establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
To assist in other assignments assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
ACCA or CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
At least 5 to 8 years of corporate finance or external audit working experience is required.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel as and when required.
Solid communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills are preferred.
