Responsibilities   Job Requirements Planning, developing, coordinating and evaluating internal and external communications to convey the Company's status, strategies, business goals and objectives to external stakeholders, includingPreparing corporate presentations and reports to research analysts, and to current as well potential investors and shareholdersCoordinating with Public Relations unit on press releasesWorking with relevant departments on required Bursa announcementsCoordinating the preparation of the Company's annual reportsMaintaining and managing the Company's website2. Handle and manage internal communication with the Group's Directors.
3. Compiling, analysing and maintaining organised records of industry and competitors' information, news and data.
4. Collating and analysing media coverage.
5. Liaise with advisers and regulatory bodies to ensure company compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
6. Liaison and relationship management with banks and financial institutions in relation to all banking matters, save for day-to-day operational transactions
7. Supporting corporate research projects for the exploration and advancement of business objectives
8. Organising, preparing agenda for and taking minutes of management meetings
9. Any other tasks as assigned by the Management Team.
Requirements Possess a recognized professional qualification / Degree in Accounting Finance and/or Business Administration.CFA qualification will be an added advantage.At least 1 to 3 years working experience in corporate affairs and investor relations role.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power pointMature, analytical, good in communication (spoken, written and presentation skills) and ability to work under tight schedules.
