Responsibilities
Administrative SupportRaise Request Forms (RF) for payments, approvals, and marketing-related expenses.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of forms and documents.
Assist in budget tracking and updating financial reports for the department.Marketing ActivitiesSupport the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and activities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for project deliverables.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.Customer ServiceRespond to inquiries from internal teams, clients, and external vendors in a professional and timely manner.
Provide support in resolving issues related to marketing activities or campaigns.Market ResearchConduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to support brand positioning and strategy development.Event SupportAssist in the organization and execution of events and promotional activities.
Handle logistics and ensure smooth coordination during events.Requirement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
