Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.Develop strategies for growth based on current market trends and competitor analysis.Assess market dynamics to propose changes in strategy or the introduction of new products or services.Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with overall company objectives.Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to foster relationships and enhance brand visibility.Identify and pursue sales leads, focusing on potential high-value opportunities.Oversee the creation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and other sales tools.Manage negotiations and contracts to maximize revenue and minimize risks.Work with product teams to develop or refine products/services that meet market demands.Propose and initiate the development of new business lines, focusing on long-term growth.Analyze feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement.Prepare financial forecasts and budgets related to new business initiatives.Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for business development activities.Coordinate with marketing, operations, legal, and finance departments to ensure successful project launches.Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks.Ensure alignment of business development initiatives with corporate goals and values.Identify potential risks associated with new ventures and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contracts, and ethical standards.Monitor industry regulations and trends to maintain compliance and competitive advantage. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is often preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields. Experience in corporate or B2B sales can be highly advantageous.Proven track record of successful business development initiatives and meeting revenue targets.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with market analysis tools and business intelligence software is a plus.Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms can be advantageous for expanding brand reach.
