Job Responsibilities: Content DevelopmentWork proactively and collaboratively with team members and subject matter experts to gather information and insights for creation of engaging or business critical content, ensuring effective planning, creativity and impact to improve reach and effectiveness.Write, edit and proof-read various type of content with a focus on social media, in addition to newsletter articles, blog posts, email announcements, press releases, website copy and other communication channels.Create visually appealing and engaging content, such as infographics, videos and presentations, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on communication matters. Employee ExperienceIdentify opportunities and execute activities for building and fostering employee engagement, working closely with internal stakeholders, including HR and marketing colleagues, to ensure timely implementation.Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed and involved consistently.Conduct research and analyse data to assess communication effectiveness and areas for improvement. Event Management Develop and manage corporate events, including conferences and staff engagement activities.Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure logistics arrangements and seamless physical or online event execution.Oversee the publicity and postmortem of events. Job Qualifications: At least 4 years of relevant in-house or agency experience in corporate/marketing/internal communications, advertising, event management and public relations.Experience in digital communications (social media and website) planning, analytics and reporting.Proficiency in using various communication channels and tools, including social media management tools, website content management systems, and email marketing software.Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks on a daily basis in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.A self-starter with a positive mindset and strong drive for results.Critical thinking, strong writing and research skills, curiosity, resourcefulness, planning and problem-solving skills.Confidence and strong communications skills to work with colleagues across all levels and nationalities of the organisation.Able to navigate complexity, ambiguity and open to innovate and experiment with new ways of working.
