Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and Execute Communication Plans:Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive communication strategies to deliver timely and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate Across Departments:Partner with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and communication alignment.
Manage Communication Channels:Own and manage the company's official website, intranet, and other internal communication platforms, ensuring relevance and engagement.
Promote Positive Change:Act as a bridge for senior management by delivering timely updates on critical business events to keep stakeholders informed and positively influenced.
Enhance Social Media Presence:Work closely with the HR department to optimize the use of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to achieve strategic goals.
Uphold Brand Integrity:Safeguard the appropriate use of the company's brand identity, guidelines, and imagery in all communication materials to maintain a cohesive corporate identity.
Event Management:Organize and oversee all company events, including internal gatherings, external initiatives, and CSR activities, ensuring flawless execution.

Support Division/Department Projects:Assist or lead division and department-specific tasks or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate communications or a similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.
Experience with social media platforms and strategies for professional use.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content and strategies.
