Corporate Communications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Corporate Communications Manager to craft and execute impactful communication strategies that effectively connect with both internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will champion the company's messaging, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and organizational goals.
You will also spearhead corporate events, enhance social media presence, and foster meaningful relationships to promote transparency, collaboration, and positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and Execute Communication Plans:Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive communication strategies to deliver timely and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate Across Departments:Partner with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and communication alignment.
Manage Communication Channels:Own and manage the company's official website, intranet, and other internal communication platforms, ensuring relevance and engagement.
Promote Positive Change:Act as a bridge for senior management by delivering timely updates on critical business events to keep stakeholders informed and positively influenced.
Enhance Social Media Presence:Work closely with the HR department to optimize the use of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to achieve strategic goals.
Uphold Brand Integrity:Safeguard the appropriate use of the company's brand identity, guidelines, and imagery in all communication materials to maintain a cohesive corporate identity.
Event Management:Organize and oversee all company events, including internal gatherings, external initiatives, and CSR activities, ensuring flawless execution.
Team Leadership:Manage the communications team's workflow, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering team growth and development.
Support Division/Department Projects:Assist or lead division and department-specific tasks or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate communications or a similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.
Experience with social media platforms and strategies for professional use.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content and strategies.
Knowledge of brand management and corporate identity principles.
Event planning and management experience is a plus.
