Job Summary
The Executive of Corporate Communications & PR will play a key role in assisting the management of Corporate Social Responsibility Events and Sponsorship initiatives, supporting the execution of internal and external corporate events. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the smooth handling and execution of events, and protocol management for various corporate events involving the Board of Directors (BOD) and Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities CSR Events & Sponsorship Support:
Assist in managing and coordinating CSR events and sponsorship initiatives. This includes working closely with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of events while handling administrative tasks such as reporting and payment processing for associated projects.Event Coordination:
Provide assistance in the coordination of corporate events, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed in a timely manner. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure event objectives are met.Reporting & Payment Processing:
Assist in the preparation of detailed CSR reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage payment processing by preparing and checking respective portfolios, expediting payment approvals for CSR and event-related expenditures.Protocol Management:
Support the protocol management of internal and external corporate events, ensuring proper handling of event procedures, especially those involving the BOD and Senior Management. This includes assisting in logistical arrangements, seating protocols, and ensuring that all event guidelines are followed.Event Photography:
Provide photography support for corporate events, ensuring high-quality images are captured for documentation and promotional purposes. Work with the team to ensure key moments are highlighted and visually documented.Image Bank Management:
Manage the department's image bank, organizing and maintaining stock images for communication channels. Ensure easy access to high-quality visuals for use across internal and external communications.
Requirements
1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in event management, CSR, or corporate communications. Experience in managing payment processes or working with senior management is a plus.
3. Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent reporting and administrative abilities.
- Ability to handle protocol management and ensure professionalism in corporate events.
- Good communication skills for coordination and liaising across departments.
- Photography skills for capturing event highlights.
- Adobe Illustrator skills are an added advantage for editing event photos and designing event materials.
