We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to lead our Corporate Development and Investor Relations functions.

The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, and communication while driving cross-functional collaboration across the organization.Market and Competitive AnalysisConduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decisions
Build financial models to evaluate the feasibility of new business opportunitiesCapital Allocation and Resource OptimizationAssess and recommend capital allocation strategies to prioritize high-ROI initiatives
Support business leaders in structuring and funding strategic projectsBudget Development and OversightLead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish financial goals
Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, operational plans, and financial resourcesForecasting and Scenario PlanningPrepare short-term and long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic planning
Develop scenario analyses to assess the financial impact of various business strategiesPerformance MonitoringTrack financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analyses
Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for operational efficiency improvementsExecutive ReportingPresent financial insights, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership and the board of directors
Ensure transparency and data accuracy in all financial reporting activitiesInvestor CommunicationsCraft compelling messages regarding financial performance, strategy, and market opportunities
Manage the preparation of earnings calls, press releases, and investor presentationsRequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate development, financial planning, investment banking, private equity, or investor relations
Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and valuation skills
Deep understanding of capital markets and corporate finance principles
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
