Corporate Finance And Treasury Deputy General Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor all aspects of Group cash in hand in order to meet requirements.
Invest Group cash surplus in high yielding deposit and money marketing.
Negotiate with bank on FX rate and follow up on documentation.
Assist in sourcing & fund raising exercise including documentation.
Monitor principal and interest payments.
Review loan portfolio.
Manage existing loan and trade accounts.
Analyze and review performance of companies.
Person SpecificationDegree in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 6 years' related working experience preferably in a financial institution or large corporates.
Familiar with risk management and hedging techniques.
Experience in cash management systems.
Good knowledge of policies, guidelines and requirements of Bank Negara Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, SC, FIC, Companies Acts and Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Candidate with strong analytical skills and business acumen will be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
