Job Responsibilities Partner with the CEO to identify and pursue new market opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
Design and implement financial models and strategies to facilitate market entry and expansion in targeted regions.
Obtain funding through various channels such as debt, equity, or alternative financing to support growth initiatives.
Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
Oversee the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and corporate partners.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and governance standards in all operating markets.

Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and business planning.
