Corporate Finance Officer (Business Expansion)Responsible for preparation of monthly management account and report and group reporting packages in timely and accurate manner.
Prepare financial budget and forecasting and financial analysis report to support management in business decision making.
Coordinate quarterly/ annual audit with external auditor, internal auditor and any other regulatory audit.
Ensure timely submission of statutory reporting e.g. Annual Audited Financial Statement, Tax Return, Annual Return, etc.
Assist in preparing material for Board of Director, e.g. BOD Meeting, EGM, AGM, etc.
Act as main contact window in liaising with Taiwan HQ for overall financial reporting requirements and submission.
Ensure overall compliance in accounting standards, statutory filing requirements and company's policies and procedures.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, banker, company secretary, other professional and regulatory bodies.
Support any ad-hoc assignment when required by immediate superior.

Job Requirement:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/ Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Experience in listing company will be an added advantage.
Experience and knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
