Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and assist in all legal matters and issues.
Prepare and review the company's standard templates of legal documents, forms, and agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements covering customers, vendors, and partners, including but not limited to commodity finance-related agreements and service agreements.
Provide timely legal risk hints and comments for the company's daily business, including business transactions, administrative and HR affairs, financial affairs, and data and privacy affairs.
Regularly conduct legal knowledge and case training for the business team to keep the legal risk under control.
Work with and manage external legal counsels, handling litigation-related issues of the company's business.
Conduct legal research and analyze the impact of legal developments on the Company.
Provide timely and reliable legal advice and guidance on legal and regulatory matters.
Corporate Risk and Insurance ManagementImplement the global corporate risk and insurance management guidelines.
Service the global and BU for cargo insurance and all insurance lines.
Keep up with related regulations and provide risk advice to management.
Coordinate for the insurance policies & certificate issuance, premium settlement.
Deliver internal insurance and risk management training.
Regularly conduct risk identification and assessment, and prepare the risk assessment report.
Work with the Insurer's claim center and track settlement claim cases.
Analyze loss/damage claim reports and provide risk advice to management.

RequirementsBachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent law qualification.
Minimum 5 years in a law firm and/or in-house legal for a global company.
Strong experience in logistics, shipping, or air transportation industry, familiar with the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention.
Strong analytical ability, meticulous and quick learner.
A good team player but able to work independently.
High integrity and ethical compass.
