The Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners is currently seeking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. As a business-to-business Sales Executive (this is an inside sales position) who is committed to excellence, your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with top-level, decision-making executives, in order to provide them with the opportunity to attend a leading industry event.
REMUNERATION
Basic Salary + Unlimited Commission + Performance Bonus + Other Incentives including Company sponsored training, hotel stay, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
-Researching prospects and generating leads.
-Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and/or video calls and.by email
-Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities with them
-Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

; Requirements:- Must have skills:
-Excellent verbal communications skills in English.
-Ability to identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via telephone.
-Develop/build your own client base – utilizing proven sales techniques including: Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing.
-Consistently being able to persuade the customer into a "positive" buying commitment decision – "closing" skills.
-Able to clearly present the customer with the key benefits of attending our programs, while also focusing on the customer's individual needs.
-Demonstrate drive, persistence and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Good to have skills:
-You are not intimidated by the challenge of contacting top, executive-level decision makers.
-You should be self-motivated and commission driven.
-Ability to function independently in a team environment.
-Having previous successful experience in an inside sales environment (is a definite asset). However, candidates who indicate a strong desire to develop their sales skills in order to succeed in a corporate sales environment will also be considered.
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
