The Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners is currently seeking an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. As a business-to-business Sales Executive (this is an inside sales position) who is committed to excellence, your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with top-level, decision-making executives, in order to provide them with the opportunity to attend a leading industry event.REMUNERATIONBasic Salary + Unlimited Commission + Performance Bonus + Other Incentives including Company sponsored training, hotel stay, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESResearching prospects and generating leads.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and/or video calls and by email.Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities with them.Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Job Requirements
Must have skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Ability to identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via telephone.Develop/build your own client base utilizing proven sales techniques including: Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling, and closing.Consistently able to persuade the customer into a "positive" buying commitment decision – "closing" skills.Able to clearly present the customer with the key benefits of attending our programs, while also focusing on the customer's individual needs.Demonstrate drive, persistence, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Good to have skills:You are not intimidated by the challenge of contacting top, executive-level decision makers.You should be self-motivated and commission-driven.Ability to function independently in a team environment.Having previous successful experience in an inside sales environment (is a definite asset).
