Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business consulting services and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Corporate / SME sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our suite of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the Corporate / SME sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Present and promote our services, including SME loans, government grants, and training and team-building programs, to prospective clients.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide expert advice on the best solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including consulting, finance, and training departments, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the business consulting or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of SME loans, government grants, and training and team-building services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
