We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive the growth of our certification programs within corporate sectors. This role encompasses both direct sales and lead generation responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our certification programs to decision-makers.
REMUNERATION Basic Salary + Unlimited Commission + Performance Bonus + Other Incentives including Company sponsored training, hotel stay, etc. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue over the phone and via email.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Prepare and deliver compelling pitch and proposals to prospects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and solutions.Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including sales targets. Must have skills: Excellent verbal communications skills in English.Ability to identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via telephone.Develop/build your own client base – utilizing proven sales techniques including: Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing.Consistently being able to persuade the customer into a "positive" buying commitment decision – "closing" skills.Able to clearly present the customer with the key benefits of attending our programs, while also focusing on the customer's individual needs.Demonstrate drive, persistence and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Good to have skills: You are not intimidated by the challenge of contacting top, executive-level decision makers.You should be self-motivated and commission driven.Ability to function independently in a team environment.Having previous successful experience in an inside sales environment (is a definite asset).
