Corporate Sales Support Executive

Details of the offer

Job ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate daily sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, credit notes/debit notes, and logistics arrangements for deliveries.
Handle client inquiries via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits, ensuring customers have a positive onboarding experience and leave with a lasting, favorable impression of the company.
Follow up on customer requests, provide processing lead time estimates for purchase orders, and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain long-term business relationships.
Maintain an organized filing system to efficiently retrieve backdated documents for data processing.
Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
Generate and provide reports and records to the sales team upon request or on a monthly basis, including monthly sales reports.
Coordinate internal communications, particularly among the sales, purchasing, quality control, and production departments.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
