Corporate Secretarial , Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Job DescriptionAssist Client Relationship Manager and responsible for full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of companies in various jurisdictions.Ensure maintenance of the following as necessary:
- Corporate/Client Relationship Management Database;
- Corporate Registers and records.Attending and drafting of board resolutions.Maintain systems, adhere to work processes and controls (including documented policies and procedures) for the corporate transactions as they relate or are required by inter-group entities or third parties.Ensure compliance and statutory reporting in various jurisdictions.Ensure AML obligations in respect of transactions are met including raising internal suspicious transaction reports.Attend to client's queries.Manage portfolio of clients including but not limited to, preparing of documents for setting up of companies, attending to compliance matters and managing transactional work.Maintaining of client's database in Portal.Ensure prompt billing and follow-up on outstanding bills.Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.  RequirementPossess Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Corporate Administrative, ICSA qualification or equivalent.At least 3 years administrator experience preferably in financial services or with relevant corporate secretarial experience with a professional firm. Required Language: Mandarin - Required to communicate with Mainland China or Taiwan clients.Qualification of Chartered Secretaries Malaysia (MAICSA) is an added advantage.Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions such as BVI and Samoa is preferred. Methodical and meticulous.Excellent planning, problem-solving, interpersonal skills and communication skills.Strong Microsoft Office (MS) applications – Word / Excel / PowerPoint/Nitro
