Corporate Secretarial, Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Review and ensure that statutory books are in order and updated for their portfolio of clients.
Review statutory documents and forms and oversee preparation and co-ordination of statutory books and documents.
Follow-up with clients on the return of documents and forms and ensure submission of statutory forms and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and Bursa Malaysia within the stipulated deadline.
Remind clients of the deadline for holding Annual General Meetings for their portfolio of clients.
Ensure all communications with clients are supported by e-mails, outlining agreed action steps, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Liaise with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits. Attend to auditors' queries on behalf of clients.
Provide support beyond secretarial work as required by Management.
Manage a portfolio of clients and monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory deadlines in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2016.
Supervise and monitor the progress of team members, including delegation of work amongst team members under the guidance of the Managers (if necessary). (For Assistant Manager)
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years in corporate secretarial, preferably handling the secretarial work of public listed companies.
Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines, ACIS or ICSA graduate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Listing Requirements and Companies Act, Capital Market and Securities Act, procedures, and guidelines.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word).
Ability and willingness to take on duties outside job specification.
Applicants must be willing to work in Millerz Square, Jalan Klang Lama.
