Corporate Secretarial (Senior / Junior) - ICSAThe company is a well-established provider of secretarial, advisory, and management services. Their client base includes public listed companies, private companies, and multinational corporations from a variety of industries including manufacturing, property development, engineering, construction, consumer goods, and publishing.

Job Description
Liaising with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission, and other relevant authorities regarding company secretarial matters.
Attending Board meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes of meetings.
Maintaining and updating statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements, and other relevant regulations.
Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of corporate secretarial experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, independent, and meticulous.
Leadership qualities and ability to motivate teammates.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
ICSA certification is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
