Responsibilites :



-Utilize SuperSec software for various corporate secretary tasks:


-Filing annual returns


-Company incorporation


-Preparing resolutions


-Appointing directors


-Adopting constitutions


-Transferring shares


-Allotting shares


-Changing company secretaries




-Handle all corporate administration tasks dealing with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).


-Communicate with SSM and clients.


-Upload all registration documents, minutes, and other files to Dropbox.


-Operate in a paperless environment as an online company secretary.
Training and Support
 


-Training provided by team leader and supervisor.


-Job guidance and supervision from team leader and supervisor.


-Utilize Trello software to manage and track tasks.

; Requirements:-


-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.


-Fluent written and spoken English.


-Mandarin speaking is a plus (advantage when dealing with Chinese customers).


- Fresh graduates welcome.


-Up to 4 years of experience preferred.


-Training provided for fresh graduates.
