Corporate Secretary (Open to fresh grads)Ensure timely preparation of AGM reminders, annual returns, and statutory documents, including Directors'/Members' Resolutions.
Maintain statutory records, such as minute books and registers, and ensure all documentation is accurately organized.
Prepare and draft announcements for Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad; arrange and attend Board & Committee meetings, including preparing notices, meeting papers, and drafting minutes.
Ensure the team adheres to internal policies and SOPs strictly.
Manage billing and collection processes promptly, ensuring all expenses are accurately captured.
Promote best practices in corporate governance and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Organize and maintain clients' statutory records, ensuring all documents are properly filed and stored.
Ensure client requests and inquiries are acknowledged within 24 hours and responded to within two working days.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
At least1-3 yearsof relevant experience;fresh graduatesare welcome for this role.
FullICSAqualification or abachelor's degree in Corporate Administration, LLB, or Business Administration .
Basic understanding of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and relevant laws and regulations.
Proficiency inEnglish and Mandarinto liaise with stakeholders.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a good command of English.
Familiarity with filing statutory forms and knowledge of the Companies Act.
