The incumbent will support the Chief Compliance Officer, Asia Pacific and the Corporate Security-Global organization in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Corporate Security standards, as well as Business Continuity and Crisis Management protocols. This role involves assisting the organization and its employees in complying with all internal policies, procedures, and practices, as well as applicable external laws and regulations related to corporate security. Key areas of focus include site security, event security, travel security, business continuity, and crisis management.Your Key Responsibilities
Define, implement and maintain the company's Corporate Security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management policies, and ensure alignment with the regulatory environment and overall business strategy of the company.
Maintain, document and implement training programs on Corporate Security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management to enhance employee's knowledge and understanding of relevant policies.
Support review of the appropriateness and effectiveness of the Corporate Security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management policies, and implement remediation for any identified deficiencies.
Ensure implementation of applicable standards across the Asia Pacific region, specifically in the areas of Site Security, Event Security and Travel Security.
Provide guidance to management and staff in the regional, sub-regional and local teams to be prepared for activating the Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans, as and when required.
Perform and support internal investigations on security incidents relating to theft, attack on persons/ property, sabotage, workplace violence, emergency situations, etc., in accordance with local legal requirements, company policies and protocols.Key Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in Security and Risk Management.
Has a minimum 5 years of Corporate Security experience (in operational and governance focused roles) in a similar sized organization.
Prior experience in the Military/ Police would be an advantage.
