Due to rapid expansion, they are looking to bring on board a Cost Analyst to be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role is important to support the regional teams in planning and keeping track of financial position to aid decision making.The New RoleReporting to the Group Cost Manager, you will be exposed to both accounting and cost analysis. In this role, you will be involved in assisting your manager in managing and preparing regular cost reports for actual, forecast, plan, and budgeting. There will be the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders (across different functions, as well as customers and vendors) to improve processes to be more cost-efficient. You will also have accounting responsibilities and manage month-end matters, including month-end cost and revenue accruals and adjustments.Requirements to SucceedYou are a Finance and Accounting graduate with 3 years of experience in relevant fields. Extensive information technology industry experience and superior Excel skills will be an added advantage.
