DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department
Hiring, training, and evaluating employee performance, taking corrective action when necessary
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
Working with management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, operations, and training sessions
Collecting, organizing, and storing information in computers and filing systems
Overseeing projects and tracking progress towards company goals
Consistently recruiting excellent staff
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
Training, counseling, and coaching staff
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
Conducting performance and wage reviews
Developing clear HR and Admin policies and ensuring policy awareness
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts to ensure compliance with financial legal requirements
Maintaining up-to-date financial information
