Cost Control Executive

Responsibilities:
Prepare daily officer check and entertainment check consumption summary report.
Receive invoices, check, verify, commit to back office interface system and send to accounts payable.
Daily cost allocation to departments based on inters transfer form submitted by the head of department.
Update daily food cost report based on cost incurred and revenue for that period.
Update journal vouchers based on invoices to allocate the cost for the month end after the inventory is complete.
Prepare inventory schedule and distribute to all Head of Department.
Print out and distribute stock take count sheets for monthly inventory to all outlets.
Update monthly stock count into Materials Control System.
Do cost allocation using journal voucher based on Material Consumption report to all outlets.
Assist store keepers and receiving clerks to use and maintain the MC system.
Update code number for officer check, entertainment check & 50% discount list for new entitlement.
Witness cash collection by routine every month.
