We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voiceJob DescriptionResponsible for total cost management of projects delivering positive outcomes for our clients, demonstrating leadership and coaching to Graduate CM, and innovation of service and knowledge.Provide CM role pro-actively and professionally and interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesProvide Cost Advice and Cost Planning including estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidanceTo provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely mannerTo run the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparationProvide Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents.
To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings.To produce monthly cost reportsEstimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan Assisting in the production of bid documentationIdentifying ways in which cost management procedures, templates and products can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the internal databaseProcess improvement – Identifying ways in which internal systems and processes can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line managerQualificationsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 - 8 years' experience in related fields.Experience from consultancy background is preferred.Candidates with experience in industrial, data centers, commercial, infrastructure, hospital, hospitality& leisure, retail fit out experience are preferred.Excellent technical knowledge and experience across the full range of Cost Management duties including: Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering and Evaluation, Contract Knowledge, Change Orders and Final Account close-outTeam player with excellent leadership and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade othersAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
