Handle quotation/incoming inquiries.
Address customer complaints and feedback.
Monitor on-hand outstanding orders.

Requirements:Minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate with more than 3 years experience in a related field.
Diploma / Degree in any related field.
Hardworking and willing to learn.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Well-versed with computers and MS Office.
