Qashier is looking for aCountry Finance Managerto support our growth!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.
You will act as a business partner and decision-maker and provide regular financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle finance daily operations, including payments to vendors.
Prepare month-end closing accounting reports, including providing analysis and commentary to the Head Office.
Minimal involvement in treasury functions for cash flow planning and providing financial insight in aiding local business strategy.
Support the Head Office to plan, develop, and execute financial strategy in line with Groups overall strategy.
Coordinating group annual budget process and tracking the progress toward our targets; recommend necessary actions to regional management.
Maintain and update our regular finance processes and workflow.
Assist with audits, including internal and external audits.
Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, and government bodies for banking, finance, and admin related matters.
Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects.
What we look for in a candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant experience and exposure in a technology company is an advantage.
Expertise in Finance Operations, FP&A, and Finance Strategy.
Advanced Microsoft skills are required.
Experience in Xero is an advantage.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Organised and detail-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
