Set objectives and guide team members to meet performance standards and targets.
Oversee daily operations, customer interactions, and KPI achievement.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints and queries.
Review and improve operational procedures and promote continuous improvement.
Promote efficiency and automation in processes and ensure team growth through coaching and best practice sharing.
What You'll Need To Succeed In This RoleDegree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Contract Logistics, BPO or shared service operations.
Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and business methodologies.
