Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month (Base + Allowance), commission up to RM4,000 monthly.
Supplemental Pay: Attendance Bonus; Commission Pay.
Contract Duration: 12 months.
Monthly Bonus: up to RM800 per month.
Benefits: Annual Leave; Medical Leave; Accident Insurance Coverage.
Working Hours/Schedule: Monday to Sunday, Rotational Shift; Weekend jobs.
Job Description
To deliver assigned parcels to every customer.
Communicate with customers on their delivery status and ensure maximum satisfaction is achieved.
Record daily delivery status on the mobile application system (Tracker).
Ensure all parcels are delivered safely and return undelivered parcels to the Hub.
Job Requirements
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Collaborate with teams to address and resolve complaints.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexible to work on public holidays or during campaigns as required.
