Contract: 1 Year
Working Days: 6 days a week
ResponsibilitiesAssign parcels and oversee dispatch processes to couriers based on daily headcount and operational needs.
Submit a brief daily report summarizing team performance and challenges.
Manage the roster for couriers registered under the EVO agency.
Monitor and report KPIs to ensure compliance with set targets.
Liaise with the hub operations team on fleet and operational matters.
Onboard new couriers, providing app training and guidance for delivery tasks.
Support parcel delivery to customers.
CompensationBasic salary: RM2000/month (with increment based on performance after confirmation)
Allowances: RM100 HP & Medical Allowance and KPI Monthly Bonus
Additional: Fuel claims and parcel commission (based on threshold)
Statutory Contributions: KWSP, EIS, and SOCSO
Training is provided.
Work alongside experienced HR and logistics professionals.
