Course Coordinator

**Job description**:- To reply all enquiries, properly and promptly.- To follow up on the enquiries, systematically, and convert them into active students (as per our SOP).- Update the student data into IIWAM Online System.- To participate in company's marketing activities to source new enquiries.- Assist the Company to ensure a smooth operation.**KPI**:- To recruit a minimum of 20 students per batch with an average of 9 batches per annum.- To reply / respond to all enquiries immediately.- To furnish daily progress reports.**Allowance & Commission**:- Allowance: Fixed weekend allowance of RM 500/month for working on Saturdays and alternate Sundays.- Commission: Approximately 1% - 2% of sales from Academic enrollment, which works out to an average of RM 3000 per batch, upon achieving the KPI.- Statutory contributions such as EPF & SOCSO.- General medical and cosmetic medical benefits.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay
