TRANSITION.**#OGJS****OFFSHORE CRANE AND HYDRAULIC TECHNICIAN**- RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+)- Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of offshore cranes and hydraulic systems- Adhere to the Company Safety policy and to all relevant local legislation.- Inspect, test and diagnosis hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems and components of cranes and hydraulic systems- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of offshore cranes and hydraulic systems including lubrication adjustment and replacement of parts as necessary- Coordinate major interventions with OEMs as required- Create, Manage and Report activities under CMMS- Create and Review Preventive Procedure and various work instructions as needed- Identify and Suggest areas of improvements of existing maintenance and organization set up- Check, manage, recommend spare parts and specific tools stock management ensure that necessary and critical parts are available, follow up with the procurement department accordingly- Ensure that all equipment is in compliance with the safety regulations and industry standards- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities- Conduct training for crane operators daily/weekly maintenance checks and other personnel on proper use and maintenance of cranes and hydraulic systems**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum Technical Diploma preferred- Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in Hydraulic Cranes Maintenance.
