Job Description: Create engaging and user-centric content for social media, campaigns, and other digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and design to ensure content aligns with brand voice, visual identity, and user experience principles. Conduct content audits and analyses to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Optimize content for search engines and usability, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content tagging. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content design and digital marketing. Use analytics tools to track content performance, gather insights, and make data- driven decisions to improve content effectiveness. Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and accessibility standards. Manage content calendars, workflows, and publishing schedules to ensure timely delivery of content. Provide guidance and support on content-related matters, including content planning, creation, and distribution. Job Requirements: Preferably for Chinese candidate with proficiency in Mandarin for verbal and written. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/ Illustration/ Industrial Design/ Multimedia Design/ Arts/ Creative Art or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and any graphic and interactive design tools. Knowledge in 3D or motion graphics is a bonus. Amazing eye for composition, colour, lighting, and mood. Self-motivated, independent, and responsible. Willing to listen, learn and improve. An eye for detail and good visualization skills. Ability to take feedback and make changes as required. Good communication skills, creative and fast learner. Must be able to work in a team and become a good team player. Ability to have an initiative to solve the problem.
