Update and renew company equity and CI from time to time to ensure company continue to have fresh image and equity.
- Maintain and update company internal social media management with content creation and campaign related program to drive followers and increase brand awareness.
- Responsible in servicing / maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts.
- Constantly propose new ideas on creative and design to improve the online / on ground marketing event collaterals production.
- Conduct research, make site visits, and find related resources / solutions to cater for clients creative and design needs for campaign, event, live show and production needs.
- Responsible in all aspect of an creative and design project from conceptualize to design production, includes planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports.
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Coordinate and monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as liaison with vendors and stakeholder on production related matters.
- Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.
- Prepare report to track internal revenue and creative and design sales forecast for monthly, quarterly and yearly planning.
