Role & Responsibilities:
Provide creative direction and leadership to a team of designers.
Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and creativity.
Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials.
Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team.
Establish art department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service.
Responsible for overseeing the entire design process, which includes conducting research, generating ideas, creatively conceptualizing designs, and producing final artwork.
Design marketing materials that effectively cater to your intended audience across various social media channels, search engines, and other digital platforms.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of a client's brand and design guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
Create mock-ups of web pages and landing pages to present design ideas to clients and stakeholders for approval.
Inspire and encourage younger creatives to express themselves and think innovatively.
Give design feedback to junior designers and other team members to ensure consistency and high quality in the work.
Maintain a portfolio of design work to showcase skills and experience to potential clients or employers, which is used by the sales team.
Come up with captivating ideas that will appeal to the target audience or consumers.
Conduct research to keep up to date with the latest design trends and technologies and apply them when appropriate.
Complete tasks with a high level of professionalism and creativity that benefits the agency and clients.
Meet with project executives, project managers, digital marketing team and web developers' team to discuss design goals, requirements, and deadlines.
Work together with other members of the creative team, such as content writers, to accomplish design projects.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5 years in a senior or lead design role.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to design challenges.
Passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
