Create eye-catching and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and layouts that appeal to the targeted audiences.
Adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
Ability to take on additional tasks out of job scope and work cohesively with the team to meet company's goals and objectives.
Analyse requirement to determine the type of creatives needed and discuss with brand leads.
Question briefs where appropriate to push for the most effective solutions.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Collaborate with co-workers from various levels and departments to ensure creative concepts, tactics, and copy tone are on brand and strategically sound.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, Web or a related field.
5 - 7 years of experience in creative roles in creative/media agencies.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across various platforms.
Experience with various social and digital platforms for advertising and marketing.
Experience in developing concepts in the creative industry.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, devise project completion plans, and execute them promptly.
Advanced skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
