ORA is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the development of our brand identity, creative direction, and digital assets. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a cohesive and compelling brand vision, driving innovative design solutions, and managing the design team to bring ORA's mission and value proposition to life across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the execution of a strong, distinctive brand identity for ORA, encompassing logo, typography, colour palette, imagery, and other visual elements Collaborate with the leadership team to define the creative direction and translate the brand strategy into impactful, user-centric digital experiences Conceive and produce a wide range of creative assets, including website designs, marketing materials, social media content, and other digital collateral Manage and mentor the design team and ensure they deliver high-quality, on-brand work Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate ORA's creative output Work closely with the growth team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Creative Director or similar senior-level design role, preferably in the technology or Web3 Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand identities and creative campaigns Excellent design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling, user-centric digital experiences Proficient in XYZ and other design tools Experience managing and mentoring a team of creatives Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and rationale Familiarity with web development technologies and user experience principles
