Creative E-Commerce Designer

Responsibilities:Develop visually appealing graphics for E-Commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok), including but not limited to banners, adaptation design, and website elements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create innovative design solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition to enhance the overall design aesthetic.
Develop creative concepts and ideas for visual communication through photography and videography.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into design projects to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
Integrate photography and videography into design projects to create a cohesive visual narrative.
Any other task assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in E-commerce adaptation design.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work in both design and photography.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
Reliable time management.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or related field.
Experience in eCommerce, branding, or advertising.
Familiarity in beauty and family care industry.
Knowledge of trends in photography, design, e-commerce platforms and social media.
Displays positive mindset.
Always willing to learn and able to accept feedback.
Able to champion task and projects, working independently or as a team.
