Creative Executive

_**Description**:_We are looking for a Creative Executive to join our team and help us create engaging content for our company. This individual must be able to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to our marketing and promotional needs.The Creative Executive will be responsible for developing strategies and concepts for our campaigns, managing the creative process, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. They will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that the creative solutions are effective and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.- **Job Responsibility**:_- Develop creative concepts and ideas for campaigns that are in line with our company's goals and objectives.- Manage the creative process from conception to completion.- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the creative solutions are effective and meet the desired objectives.- Monitor trends in the industry and adjust creative solutions as needed.- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.- **Job Requirement**:_- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in a creative role.- Proven track record of successful campaigns.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Strong knowledge of the latest creative trends.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.- **Benefit provided**:_- Annual leave starting from 16 days.- Group term life for 60 months of last drawn salary.- Cash benefit for marriage and newborn from RM200 and above.- Minimum of RM1,200 and above for outpatient medical.**Job Type**: PermanentPay: RM1,493.51 - RM5,096.33 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
