About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, storytelling, and design, with a preference for professionals from the gaming industry or advertising agencies.
As a Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision of our projects, collaborating with Game Artists and Game Designers to deliver immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:Develop and implement compelling creative strategies aligned with the company's vision.
Oversee the creation of end-to-end story blocks and ensure narrative coherence across all projects.
Lead the development of exceptional presentation decks to communicate concepts effectively.Marketing & Branding:Collaborate with marketing teams to design brochures, websites, promotional materials, and other creative assets.
Ensure consistency in visual and narrative elements across all marketing channels.Act as the bridge between creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Present ideas and strategies effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Product Design: End-to-EndExpertise in the comprehensive product design lifecycle, encompassing every stage from conceptualization to the delivery of a finished product.
This includes ideating and creating initial designs, developing prototypes, refining through iterative feedback, and ensuring seamless collaboration between design and development teams to bring the vision to life.
The focus is on delivering products that are both innovative and functional, meeting user needs and business objectives effectively.UI/UX: Product LobbySpecialized in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for product lobbies.
This involves designing visually appealing layouts, ensuring optimal usability, and creating interactive elements that enhance user engagement.
The approach emphasizes user-centric design principles to ensure the lobby serves as an effective gateway to the product, balancing aesthetics and functionality to leave a lasting impression.Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in the gaming industry; open to candidates from advertising agencies with relevant skills.
Proficient in storytelling and narrative design, with the ability to craft end-to-end story arcs.
Exceptional presentation skills with expertise in creating impactful decks.
Solid understanding of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead creative teams.
