Creative Manager

As the Creative Manager, you will lead and inspire our creative team, collaborating closely with various departments to conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative and visually compelling projects. Your role will drive creative excellence across all platforms, ensuring our brand's vision is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and artists. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth, creativity, and high performance.
Creative Strategy: Partner with key stakeholders to design creative strategies that support the company's business objectives. Transform business goals into innovative visual concepts and impactful design solutions.
Project Management: Oversee the creative process from ideation through execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
Brand Identity Management: Maintain and elevate the company's brand identity across all creative touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Concept Development: Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, website design, social media content, and other marketing initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to understand their needs, offering creative insights and solutions to meet their objectives.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to ensure the creative direction is both innovative and market-relevant.
Vendor & Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring they align with the company's creative vision and project goals.
Budget Management: Oversee the creative department's budget, ensuring effective allocation and efficient use of resources.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring they meet the company's standards for quality, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 7 - 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record in managing teams and overseeing creative projects.Experience in a similar industry or fast-paced environment is preferred.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other creative tools.Familiarity with web design and development tools (HTML, CSS, WordPress) is a plus.Strong conceptual and visual design skills with the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies and designs.Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team while managing cross-functional collaboration.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work within tight deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
