Our client is searching for a Creative Marketing Manager. The perfect candidate will possess a combination of creativity, strategic awareness, and leadership skills. They should have experience in guiding creative teams and creating compelling visual content across various mediums.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of creative strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences. Oversee various creative projects from inception to completion, establishing and maintaining concepts, guidelines, and strategies. Inspire and manage cross-functional creative teams, fostering collaboration and nurturing talent to achieve exceptional outcomes. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they progress from idea to delivery while upholding high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. Apply design principles, typography, color theory, and multimedia techniques to create visually captivating content for diverse platforms. Create and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns. Generate innovative ideas and translate them into impactful creative executions. Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) and stay up to date with evolving design and technology trends. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role that fosters creativity. Experienced in a top-ranked Marketing/Branding company within the Top 5 or Top 10. Strong proficiency in technology-based platforms such as CRM, ERP, and working in a paperless environment. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is required.
