Credit Admin Executive

The Responsibilities: To prepare weekly sales reports for agenciesTo prepare sales reports (including monthly sales reports and Quarterly KPI Reports) for Company ManagementTo prepare bi-weekly Sales Commission Reports for submission to Accounts DeptTo prepare corresponding Commission Payout Reports to Agencies and Agents To prepare List of Monthly Instalment Collection ReportTo follow up Default Cases in instalment payment schemesTracking of Payment Status for every Instalment Payment based on Ledger issued To cross Check filing of accounts related documentation such as Instalment Ledgers, Acknowledgement of Receipts, Official Receipts in Office Management System To support in tracking and filing of Trust Accounts Fund MovementTo execute ad-hoc related matter as and when requested by Superior. The Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM Fresh graduates are welcome to applyGood command in English and Mandarin as this role required to liaise with Mandarin speaking partiesGood organisational skill and verbal communication skills.Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable. Proficient in MS Office and PC skills. Experience in working with Kenjin system or SQL will be an advantage.Highly motivated team player with a strong drive for success and the ability to work under pressure.
