Job Descriptions: General office accounts and administration works like sales data entry, checking SPA, generate progress billing, follow up with customer on overdue payments, ensure all paperwork related to property transactions is complete and properly filed.Prepare relevant letter / memo to HQ, purchaser, solicitor and end financier pertaining to sales administration matter.Prepare / check / monitor / follow up with purchaser, solicitor and end financier pertaining to credit control, accounts receivable and stakeholder fund.Prepare monthly closing report on credit sales, outstanding balances, overdue payments, accounts receivable & etc.Prepare / monitor site office expenses (Petty Cash & Current Accounts), purchase of assets, issue purchase order to vendor via system (MHW & Metabuyer) and submit payment to HQ.Prepare / monitor payment for legal claim, quit rent, assessment, vendors & etc.Involve in sales & marketing activities i.e. roadshow, event, sales campaign, project survey etc. during shortage of manpower.Handle daily office operations, including answering calls, responding to emails & etc. Job Requirements: At least Diploma in any fields.Minimum 2 years working experience in any field preferably with good exposure in property background.Possess excellent interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.Able to understand documents such as sale and purchase agreement, procedure manuals & etc.A team player, resourceful, efficient, attentive with details and with strong analytical skills.Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.Able to work on weekend or public holiday if required.
