Job DescriptionSalesforce data entry and LoanApp management
Download documents – ensure all documents are present and valid, including renaming the documents
Create leads and convert to opportunities
Push to funder application – ensure all the details are accurate
Submit application to funder
Sent credit guides if applicable
Management of valuation report
Follow up
Generate credit reports and complete title search
Management of progress draws
Complete KYC – IDyou or IDkit
Complete application forms and sending for signatures
Complete funding table and servicing calculator
Draft credit proposal for credit assessment
Credit assessment – assessing applications prior to submission to the credit analyst for review
Complete risk and fraud assessments
Review credit limits in line with 360MMS policies and procedures
Recommend for approval/decline
Complete cover sheets
Dealing with underwriter MIR and queries
Assist with Pre & Post settlement enquiries
Ad hoc task as necessary
Job RequirementsRequired skills/experiences:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields
Minimum 2 years of any related finance or credit experience
Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively for fast-paced work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
Attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
Understanding of the credit policy
Problem-solving, mathematical, comprehension and analytical skills
